JLB Construction

While working closely with John and his crew some years ago, we completely renovated and maintained 66 townhouse units for 8 years. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated to projects and goes the extra mile. JLB Construction looked after the complex construction projects inside and out, as well as the snow removal and lawn care. He was a one-stop-shop for the needs of our complex. We had no need to deal with different companies to do these tasks, so it was very convenient to have an open report with only JLB Construction. He was also available for around-the-clock emergencies when needed. As a non-profit organization, fiscal accountability and management of resources is critical. JLB Construction has been sensitive to our concerns and budget throughout the process. John is easy going and focused on his work. He is detail oriented, meets deadlines, a problem solver and is equipped to do the project at hand. Friendly and courteous. His heart and that of his employees was evident when Christmas time came, we would load up his trailer and truck with Christmas Hampers for those in need and delivered them right to the door step of the recipient. Many people were extremely grateful for this service and JLB Construction did it on their own time. I miss working with John and his crew and wish them the best in their future endeavours.
